EnrollNorth prepares, submits and tracks provider credentialing and payer enrollment applications and related maintenance tasks. We are not a law firm, insurer, payer or billing company, and we do not provide legal, tax or clinical advice.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Payers and government programs make all enrollment, contracting and reimbursement decisions and set their own timelines. We do not guarantee approval, network acceptance, specific reimbursement rates or completion dates. Timelines on our website are typical estimates only.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide complete, accurate and current information and documents
  • Review and sign applications and attestations yourself where required
  • Tell us promptly about changes to licenses, malpractice coverage, addresses or ownership
  • Keep your own login credentials secure and do not send patient information through our website

4. Fees and payment
